Refund Policy for SecureText Labs Pvt. Ltd. (Researchify Labs)

This Refund Policy applies to all SaaS (Software as a Service) products and services offered by SecureText Labs Pvt. Ltd., operating under the brand name Researchify Labs, including but not limited to ProHirify and F9.

1. General Refund Terms

At SecureText Labs Pvt. Ltd. (Researchify Labs), we are committed to delivering high-quality SaaS solutions. However, we understand that there may be cases where our products do not meet your expectations, and we are happy to provide refunds in certain situations as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds for our SaaS products, ProHirify and F9, may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Refund Request Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial subscription payment.

  • Limited Usage: Refunds will only be provided if the product has not been fully used. For example, significant usage such as generating multiple reports or utilizing core features of the SaaS solution may disqualify you from a refund.

  • Annual Subscriptions: For annual plans, pro-rated refunds may be provided if a cancellation is requested within 14 days of the payment date. Refunds will be processed based on the unused portion of the subscription.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days of payment. If you cancel a monthly subscription, the service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • The refund request is made after the 14-day window has passed.

  • The product or service has been used extensively, and the main features of the product have been accessed.

  • Issues arise due to misuse, mismanagement, or failure to follow usage guidelines by the user.

  • Any free trials, promotional discounts, or demo accounts provided do not qualify for refunds.

4. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

If you signed up for a free trial or were offered a discounted promotional rate, you will not be eligible for a refund unless a full payment for a subsequent subscription plan has been made within the refund window as outlined above.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for ProHirify or F9, please follow these steps:

7. Cancellations

Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. However, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription beyond the refund eligibility window.
